What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In a single application, Asana articulates how team work in reality. In particular, how it deals with visibility tasks, milestones, team reviews and appreciation, and much more. The team is maintained on the same page. Besides that, the web and mobile are easily accessible, so that I can still keep track of the notifications while I am travelling

What do you dislike most about this product?

The note-taking feature is one thing that can be improved. If too many tasks and structures in a workspace are involved, a user could lose track of some major comments or notes. That said, this caused another problem when offline grabbing features have not yet been implemented, probably the ability to draw pencils that I expect to see also in future. All in all, I look forward to seeing this along the way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend it because Asana acts as a central system and the foundation of each product. In addition, Asana Forum offers a large number of courses on how to create Asana that best suits my organization's needs.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I like everything about Asana because it helps me to manage my daily tasks and projects from anywhere anytime. It is a great software project management program that allows you to collaborate with other colleagues on projects. I like availability of customer support team, very helpful and friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My experience with Asana has been amazing and awesome. It allows me to manage my working schedule with ease. I like the ability to create new tasks and assign them. It also integrates with powerful tools like Gmail, Google Calendar and Microsoft outlook thus making it a very great software for project management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I use Asana daily and I have never experienced any challenge while using it. It is a great and recommendable application for project management.

I recommend Asana to everyone looking for a great platform for project and task management.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

We're currently using Asana in our Admissions office. We use it amongst four (4) full-time staff members and a handful of student workers (interns). It's been a gamechanger for us since day one. We're now able to hold less meetings and there's less questions about who is working on what project and when it's due. Asana allows us to clearly define roles and work while keeping us all on track.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use Asana to manage a few aspects within our small business. The tool works great for having virtual meetings where a task can be used to capture the meeting minutes and sub-tasks can be used to allocate the action plan items to the specific meeting delegates.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing. It's easy to get started - I was up and running in just a couple of minutes. Easy to use both in browser and via the app - I mostly the browser but on the go, it's nice to have the app.
