What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is a tool that differs from others because it specializes in workflow management and at the same time in task management, and this is because it turns out to be quite elegant and flexible which gives the user the advantage of being very much more productive, it allows you to keep track of who is responsible for each task, the information related to each task and all the information that relates to the progress of that task, in turn allows discussions or comments on the tasks , so it is not necessary to go to the email for it, in addition its interface is quite competent and receptive, with a very colorful design that makes it interesting, but the most relevant feature is that if you are not sure how to configure it we can go to their predesigned templates that bring with them a Meeting Agenda, Product Roadmap and incorporation of employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about this tool is how efficient it is to be during collaborative work, because it allows us to assign tasks, schedule their completion date, upload useful documents for the development of the task or project, make comments and many other functions. which leads us to focus on being productive, on the other hand another of my favorite points is that it can be integrated with other tools so that what is needed is compensated, I also like that it has a design, flexible, fast and current.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The aspect that I do not like about this tool is that it is ideal for tracking projects and tasks, but not for observing the time that each user uses to carry out their tasks, in addition to allowing only one person to assign tasks, not to several , so if to whom the task was assigned is not available this leads to a bad time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana is a software that turns out to be much more powerful if its integration with other applications is carried out, so I recommend that if you want this tool to improve its capabilities, integrate it with applications such as Bridge24, as this increases its export capacity and reports.
Pros
- Saves Time
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
the difference that exists between asana and other similar softwares, is that asana allows me to invite friends in a simple way, allows me to create work groups very neatly and and has a good optimization both the website, and mobile devices, since there are other tools that were forgotten without updating them becoming obsolete.

What I like most about Asana is that it allows me to design my very beautiful projects, it is very easy to integrate with other tools, it has a good optimization and a good interface, it allows me to follow up on my tasks, being more organized on its good functions and Nice automation, I can manage my projects and keep up with them, it is very useful and I love receiving emails when someone comments on my tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my opinion, Asana does not work in real time since you have to update the page to show the new information, but that would be the only bad thing since it is a fairly complete tool and I consider it one of the best in the market and thanks to its Updates has good functions and good autonomy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana as I mentioned above is one of the best options in the market to manage projects, it has a good optimization with an excellent interface being very easy to use and it will not require you to be an expert to use it, I recommend it with your eyes closed if you are looking for some tool with a variety of functions to perform your tasks and follow up.
