What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana's support for multiple projects viewing option is a key differentiation point, in my opinion. This makes it possible for every team member of mine to manage tasks in ways that suits them, thus leading to improved productivity. For projects that I am in charge of managing, I think access to multiple projects viewing options avails me with an all-round outlook of my project progress.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana has a layout which I found easy to understand and navigate around , from the first day of using this software product. Asides from the features clearly being listed with easy to navigate tabs, I am allowed to customize my dashboard to emphasize specific features and better fit my preferences . Within organizations like ours and by extension my department , this is of importance since we are always having new employees who need to use Asana for day to day project management.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Security is not the best and the mobile app is difficult to use for anything serious, asides checking the status of tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana's robust feature packed dashboard and its feature rich interface, adds a bit of convenience to project management , in my opinion.
