Atera’s remote access support can stay connected while on the go. In the event that someone encounter issues , the help desk provides a centralised platform for troubleshooting.Also it becomes superior from competitor by providing toolkit to monitor the network with ease as business grows.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Atera provides me a unique flat rate pricing model which attracts plus offering unlimited devices per technician which significantly benefitted me. It is user friendly making it easier to navigate and utilise the platforms full range of features. Automation feature is plus advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Altera can improve in emphasising mobile management and integration with third party apps.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Business which wants to start or upgrade all in one platform can choose this as it combines RMM,PSA and remote access, simplify IT management workflows.Designed for ease of use , allowing quick onboarding and efficient daily operations. Cloud Based solution will also help businesses. It is definitely be considered.

What differentiates Atera from other similar products?

Atera has a huge range of features as compared to other similar software’s making it one key solution for majority of the IT problems. It has a great client support system making it very less stressing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite aspect of using this product is Atera being a one stop solution for IT process management

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike the price of Atera and that it’s sometime a problem in logging into the software and that it uses a lot of storage

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Atera to anyone who wants to manage IT processes in a very sophisticated manner by having access to a huge variety of features
