High level of customer service, quick response time from customer service, ability to customize and help us when we aren't sure what it is we really need.

Applicant experience - allows same applicant to apply to job dozens of times creating multiple duplicate applications
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a fabulous solution for a small to midsize organization. Our organization is probably one of the larger clients on their platform but they give us plenty of attention when we need assistance.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
The affordable BambooHR has a simple user interface, which is useful for assisting in the growth of the workflow, as well as maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of employee records.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like BambooHR is very easy to use and configure, it allows the use of a very convenient graph creator, which is useful to implement all kinds of information from the employees incorporated into the company, the amount of absences that have been reflected in the Employee registration detector, which is used for each worker to record their arrival time for the day.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With BambooHR, if you work with an unstable internet connection, it will hinder its normal operation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend BambooHR to easily find information from direct reports such as: view their salaries as it pertains to benchmarking, it can be accessed quickly.
