What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
BambooHR is very easy to implement when comparing to other HCM systems. BambooHR also offer a very large marketplace for additional solutions as needed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
BamobooHR delivers an intuitive and easy-to-use platform for our end users. From the admin side - we have a lot of automation with other systems, saving us a lot of daily working hours.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Customization can be done only by the support team. Syaytem admin can't add fields. Compensation is not hidden and visible when scrolling on the user profile without a log to indicate that the salary was viewed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When considering BambooHR, it's very important to map the other tool that should integrate with BamobooHR and verify that the current company's HR and IT systems can work with BambooHR.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
With that said, my time spent with BambooHR has been overwhelmingly good. For the most part of my time working in human resources, I have relied on this platform exclusively.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to view an employee's expected return from leave right on their profile page is one of my favorite features of BambooHR. Having the ability to specify and accurately monitor mandatory training elements is another plus (separately from the non-required ones). The same holds true for a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Managers value the snapshot view because it shows them who an employee previously reported to and where they have progressed across the organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Really, I can't think of a single drawback to using BambooHR. However, I do wish there was a little more functionality in terms of tracking training, such as allowing staff to designate training as complete.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a fantastic platform made with the intention of assisting any organization, no matter how big or little, and it's a perfect fit for a business that wants to speed up and enhance its human resources management. It will introduce automation, guaranteeing flawless and constantly-improved record-keeping and operations across the board. It's a good fit for places where businesses want to set up an application tracking system, which will help you find and keep the best employees.

What differentiates BambooHR from other similar products?
Before implementing BambooHR, we lacked a reliable repository for all of our records. Our problem was effectively resolved by BambooHR, and now upper management can view all employees in a matter of seconds. It has helped us in terms of exposure and accessibility, which is especially important given that we are a multinational corporation based in a faraway location.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Although no HRIS can offer every conceivable feature, Bamboo HR comes pretty close, and the company is constantly working to improve their offerings. The interface is both straightforward and aesthetically pleasing, making the platform a pleasure to use. I believe the intuitive interface will encourage stakeholder adoption across the company. Even their customer service is quick and helpful. The employees at Bamboo HR always sound happy and positive in their correspondence, suggesting that they take pride in their work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since it's designed to be universally applicable, there aren't many options for personalization. The reporting is useful, but there aren't a ton of data points that can be turned into real objectives. Unfortunately, the mobile app only has a fraction of the features of the browser. Dsesk-job employees can appreciate the browser platform for its superior usability. Because of the app's limited functionality, it has been more challenging to gain the support of warehouse workers.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A little over four years into my time with BambooHR, I can say without hesitation that it has been a pleasure. As far as software goes, it's the easiest thing I've ever used. I really like the option that gives workers the freedom to enter their information, verify it with a signature, make edits, and then save the results. In addition to the location where open positions are displayed to users, I'd highlight aspects of BambooHR that enhance my productivity and satisfaction.
