Pricey for SMB. Little complex to understand configurations & settings for beginner level admin.

Security. Stability. Performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In SMB business, cost of the product leads to loss of deal when comparing with other brands.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If customer is having in-house Admins for Firewall, then they must be experienced with Networking & OS and should get trained with Barracuda Firewall Admin.
