It provides great capabilities like Correlation from different tools for the AIOps Incident management which is good compared to other AIOps tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Easy to integrate API connectors. Alert correlation. Noise reduction.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The Support is not compelling and needs improvement. It takes 3 to 5 days to get a response.
