What differentiates Birdeye from other similar products?
The main difference is that BirdEye integrates different features in only one dashboard to be able to me more effective and efficient.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The dashboard is user-friendly and the support team is always available for any type of question or issue to resolve in a timely manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Is not fully integrated 100% with Rent Manager to be able to keep track of what the team did on BirdEye to have all the team aware in the history/notes of Rent Manager the system that most employees uses.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
BirdEye has many features and can be turned on/off based on your company needs. Attending their webinars is very useful before making a decision.

The ease of use and how everything is laid out. Easy to find things and easy to use!

The real time texting feature has been SO convenient. On other systems, you have to keep refreshing the page to see the most recent messages.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don't have any complaints.

Take time and browse through all of the features to fully grasp all that you can do while using Birdeye.
