BMC Helix Discovery customer team is the best. There availability and quick response is the best in the market. Easy integration and they have the best knowledgeable team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

BMC Helix ITSM product and cloud services are the favourite aspect . Can be accessed from everywhere and available all the time

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislike till now however in the initial days it took some time to understand all the features but once we understand , it's all great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended , best in class in the market.
