Solid install base and depth functionality., helps on ops efficiency and manual efforts definitely +20%. Very solid in advanced scheduling capabilities, robust monitoring, and reporting tools, and seamless integration, and for existing clients commercially can be attractive to grow.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Super user-friendly, automation savvy, very powerful in workload management (new versions - last 18 months improved a lot).
What do you dislike most about this product?
Training, documentation, partner channel support, and amount of people experienced in market (hard to find and expensive).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Need to ensure scalability, growth plans to avoid cost exponential growth. Plan integrations well upfront. Requirements vs. customizable function are key to analyze upfront due to lots of config possibilities but tough to impossible extension / customization limitations / challenges.
