What differentiates CallRail from other similar products?

Ease of setup; Ease of support ticket placement;

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The leads report - seeing all communications in one place, one time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We'd like to see each method of communication treated equally and available for every report and dashboard eg. calls/ texts/ emails/ chats/ webforms all ubiquitous as 'leads', ordered chronological by generation date/time. When a repeat communication comes through, it should be obvious that it's not a "first time" contact, no matter if this is a text after a form or a form after a call. The ability to identify the 'unique' leads today, by agent, is too complex.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Solid infrastructure; reliable; a bit tedious to teach and setup, but once you identify your most effective ways to use it, it will keep you managing your business efficiently.
