What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
It’s a life saving tool to navigate to important aspects of conversations and has a wide array of features that are a delight to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the review feature that enables me to track all of the team conversations and create a better and productive time efficient call. Also love the transcript feature that gives me texts of all audios
What do you dislike most about this product?
I’ve personally faced problems only a couple of times for three huge recordings and once the application crashed and closed. So little bugs are there which I suppose newer versions would solve
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It’s a good tool to have if you have a lot of audio conversations and need to keep a track of these conversations for better productivity
