It connects and logs my calls automatically.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It saves time on call reports and next steps. When I'm on the phone, I don't have to write down as many things. the choice to go back and look over the talk weeks later.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Joining meetings and pasting URLs doesn't always work.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
The integration with Zoominfo is key. You can remain under the Zoominfo ecosystem, manage one contract, manage one client services team, etc. The integration with Salesforce is great, and their developments with AI are improving.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is how easy it is to admin, and how easy it is to navigate as an end user. The tool takes 0 FTEs to support from an administration perspective after you set it up. And our support team rarely needs to help end users with questions around how to use the platform. Its very intuitive to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes Chorus won't join the Zoom meeting if certain criteria isn't met. For example if the invite changes last minute, Chorus won't sync fast enough to then plan to join the rescheduled meeting. This can be frustrating as the only solution is to manually force Chorus to join the Zoom (which people rarely remember to do).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy! Reach out to them for a demo, they'll gladly accommodate. Make sure it meets your needs.
