What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
I will have to say i don't have much knowledge on its competitors but the breadth of features would make it stand out.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The accuracy and innovative ways by which it derives conversational intelligence are mind-blowing. I only checked out this feature of the tool but was more than enough.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is extremely pricey and not well suited for most companies, also it has a multilevel support contact which is also a drawback.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is an excellent tool, but a thorough cost-benefit analysis should be done before getting this software, mainly because of its price.

Being able to pinpoint the exact moments in a sales call where a customer leans in, or the specific language that gets them excited about our conservation programs

There's a lot of data to sift through, and it takes some practice to identify the truly impactful insights

If you're serious about upping your copywriting game, having, Chorus.ai is definitely worth a try.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Summary feature for AI is so killer, I made an account on this site so I could write this review. I'm sure there are other competitors, but it's all my company offers me to use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The AI Summary feature after the call is over. I was actually going to ask them if they have humans doing it since it's so accurate most of the time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The interface when you're looking at who talked during the meeting could use a UI freshening. It feels very basic but I wouldn't know where to start on making it look more modern/cleaner.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Give it a trial run and I'm sure you won't be sorry you did.
