What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Chorus.ai is super smart about calls, but some other programs connect to your sales thingy (CRM) and other stuff way more easily.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how Chorus.ai listens to calls and tells you what your salespeople are doing, good and bad.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only drag is that Chorus.ai doesn't always connect with other programs as smoothly as it could. Gotta do some extra clicks sometimes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you want your sales team to be efficient, Chorus.ai is super good. Just be prepared to do some extra work connecting it to everything else.
