What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
This was admittedly our first foray into a product of this type, but Chorus stood above the rest during evaluation. The depth and breadth of features spoke to what we needed from a solutions standpoint, but even more important was the sense of partnership that they instilled throughout the sales process. Even more impressive is the fact that they continue to showcase and prove their commitment to partnership through implementation and support. Love working with their team!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call transcripts was a big bonus to our sales team in particular, eliminating the hassle of having to take copious, handwritten notes during calls (which can be a distraction.) Additionally, the big draw was the call coaching capabilities, particularly being able to comment directly to calls, quickly review calls at 2x speed, and use scorecards for a consistent method of feedback delivery.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing too much comes to mind - for every product ask I've had, they've either built it out or have indicated that it is on the road map.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend Chorus, but as with any software evaluation, take your time to consider your specific situation, your "must haves" and "need to haves", and what you feel is the best fit for your company.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
I think the embedded AI component to Chorus.ai's software is a major plus. I love that it intuitively calls out questions raised by myself or the customers and provides the opportunity to quickly jump to those callouts in any recording.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I didn't set this system up for our organization, but I LOVE that whoever did was able to ensure Chorus.ai recognizes which calls have external attendees and then automatically adds recording to the conversation. What makes it even better is the fact that the recording simply pops into the call as "Lucid Notetaker" (Lucid being our company). I think that's brilliant. Furthermore, as stated above, the callouts and AI for recordings are extremely helpful and being able to share specific snippets of a call (without having to send the entire call) is invaluable.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The transcription of calls can be shaky at times, and sometimes the software struggles to identify different speakers/participants.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'm not sure I can add much by means of recommendations. Perhaps taking the time to learn how to fine tune your AI feedback and what other features are available within Chorus.ai apart from their recording and transcription services.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Chorus is a great tool, I think the call transcription features are great. It's nice to look at a call and see exactly what we talked about and what questions came up without needing to play back the entire thing. I also like that it sends out snippets from others on my team so I can learn from them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the call transcription. It makes it very easy to scan the discovery questions asked.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I love that it automatically joins my calls to record. If I am joining a call scheduled by a customer or coworker they don't always have the plugin set up and it will not appear in my recorded calls.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely move forward! This software is fantastic. It makes it very easy for my manager and I to stay in sync on deals. We can easily talk through coaching and discovery tips for the next conversation. It is fantastic to always have these recordings as reference and learning for new reps or account changes.
