What is Chorus by ZoomInfo?
Chorus was created to understand what influences conversation outcomes, and make it easy to learn from and influence the thousands of conversations your team has. Today, almost all of those conversations and the insights they contain are forgotten the second they end, except for the few notes captured in your CRM. We're changing that.

How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

One of the best Conversation Intelligence Platform
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
With Chorus, we are able to listen to our team's calls, read the transcript of the conversation and provide feedback to each other on how we handle different objections and what we could do better. I think this a great differentiator between Chorus and one other thing that Chorus does well is for teams to identify winning patterns in conversations or meetings and create a methodology that works for the organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite part of Chorus is the ability to transcribe the conversation or meeting and the ability to share any of those snippets either internally or externally. I love this feature because, after a discovery meeting or a call with a prospect, you can quickly scan through the transcription and get a sense of how the conversation went, and if you feel the need to share a snippet of that meeting or conversation, you can easily do that through an email.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I do not like about Chorus so far, I'm happy and satisfied.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend anyone who is planning on getting Chorus to do more research on Chorus and its capabilities, set up a session with their team and have a demo session with them and ask as many questions as you can to see if the platform will integrate with your tech-stack. It was easier for us as we were already using ZoomInfo Engage and ZoomInfo Sales OS.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing

Better quality customer service with AI
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
For us at general levels we have Chorus.AI as an essential tool for daily use as it gives us to know precisely the needs of customers and their trends, it allowed us to choose the most appropriate method when responding to their requests. As well as the implication of the call recording and playback process like many tools, we think all sales teams should have a tool like this.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Our field is growing more and more through tools such as link sharing (to engage more groups of people or customers) and collaborate with others for better support or help of the subordinate as well as creating playlists for team calls which is essential for much needed meetings in real time and allowing us to see and study the percentage breakdown for the prospect.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It would be nice the stability of your mobile application for better results, a better configuration of artificial intelligence to be more analytical and help the necessary inputs, and something very important they should do the elimination of pop-ups at the time of a call, your script "This meeting is being broadcast live "is not very helpful to the service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Chorus.Al you can have a good experience as a customer service or call center company, its use if it is for very specific services like telephony for example, we recommend it because it is very reliable with essential tool for any customer service team, who need to have their own personal notes sorted/organized, especially with a growing book of business.
