I like how easy it is to see timestamped notes

Menus can be a bit clunky

This is a great tool to easily see, manage, and get feedback from video calls. My team will continue using it for the foreseable future

It can be easier if it connected with Salesforce so that the Chorus link was on the lead page as well Finding recordings to turn on and off for Zoom meetings could improve

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
I have used the built in tool in Hubspot previously and Chorus.ai is easier to use and I love that it transcribes the call.

The transcription

At this point there isn't anything that I don't like.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's a great tool, I use it daily and my team can bring a call to our meeting once a week to listen to and offer advise.
