What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.AI is an all-in-one platform. The seamless integration of chorus AI into our tech stack, is why we love it!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using Chorus.AI - I love how I can re-watch my calls. You can learn so much by listening to your call again. It's really helped me improve as a sales rep & provided a higher level of customer service for my customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our calls with our customers are in spanish. I wish that the transcript feature in Chorus.AI would account for different languages.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you work in a fast-paced tech company, you should invest in Chorus.AI. As a sales rep, it is one of my favorite tools we have at our disposal. As a sales leader, I think it is an invaluable tool - that will allow you to train sales reps quickly, transfer knowledge on an account, and provide coaching/feedback.
