What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Chorus.ai and Gong are nearly identical. I think the market seems to sway more toward Gong, but we are happy with Chorus. It we got hit with a price increase, we'd definitely take a deeper look at Gong.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It just works. No drama, no mucking about, just records and transcribes. We use is every day and weekly for our call reviews by team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could be better about syncing data to Salesforce, bringing in more Opp management data in Chorus. And, probably doing more with call recording, not just Zoom recordings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use it, or use something for call recordings. Get your key word trackers set up early.

Unsure. I have never used a similar product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call recording allows us to be totally present on calls - enabling us to have more meaningful sales conversations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am totally reliant on Chorus.ai. If it is EVER down... I am in trouble.

From an end user's perspective... buy it!
