What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to clip aspects of calls, the reliability of it, being able to search specific words or phrases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
That it can only be used (to my knowledge) inside of a pre-scheduled call. Does require significant upkeep to maintain organization for training purposes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great for training, refreshing on your past calls, access to entire teams calls. Use it but keep it organized.

Think about ease of use and implementation for your organization. Chorus is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. Does not create a burden for end users.
