What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
The transcription of each call is pretty great, and the ability to search the transcripts is a powerful tool for me. I haven't seen another tool come close.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Best part for me is the transcription piece. It means that I don't need to have a perfect memory; I can easily find the part of the conversation I need to remember.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes it's hard to get Chorus on a call if it's not already joined. The process of adding Chorus to the call is pretty confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product to use. Highly recommend for teams that are taking a lots of calls.

Being able to go back and listen and have the transcripts
What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to disclose you are being recorded. But I know that is a legal thing!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out. Especially if you have a sales team and want to be sure that everyone is essentially saying the same thing. It also is a great learning tool and scores you on your sales ability and allows your manager to give you feedback.
