Strong reputation in the industry, quick conversion speed, high resolution, easily traceable and sharable files
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
audio transcription (although wish it was more accurate) and 'skip speaker' feat.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a lot of features that I was never onboarded on and therefore I am using the product, but not to it's fullest capability

Ease of use. Clean UI. Great way to listen to calls in a remote environment.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to use a call scorecard to give feedback to the team 'in live time.'
What do you dislike most about this product?
That you cannot edit scorecards once made. There is also no way to give peer feedback on a call.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is a great tool overall and would definitely recommend!
