What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
I have never used anything besides Chorus.ai
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it tracks the engaging questions I am asking, provides me with follow-up, and shows how long I spent talking v. the client.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The announcement that "This call is being live streamed" is very misleading and alarming to our customers. I've had to turn it off in a call many times for this reason.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Use this as an opportunity to grow in your role!
