What differentiates Cleverly from other similar products?

It's very automated and easy to use. Saves a lot of time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use. You can set automatic emails, saving a lot of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like the inbox portion could be designed a little better. Once you submit an email it disappears from the inbox.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get Sales Navigator first and try it out as you need to integrate it with Cleverly.

What differentiates Cleverly from other similar products?

Cleverly basically allowed us to introduce automation into customer service engagement with our customers, through workflow automation and data driven insights. From experience using customer service solutions, the aforementioned features are a standout point for Cleverly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Cleverly we have seen a reduction in the number of customer support tickets, we have to respond to on a day to day basis.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cleverly is limited in terms of a lack of broad integration capability with top third party software platforms, asides the regular ones it integrates with officially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to knowledge management, customer service semi-automation and management, Cleverly does a good job. While it is obviously limited in terms of its array of features, it still does a good job overall.
