How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

Features are Disappointing!
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
I did not find any practical difference or set of unique features that only clickup provides. Its like any other project management tool and may even lack in some functionalities like it does not provide PLM support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its mostly free for a small team, with some locked features in the free version but nothing that is super important.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of features and usability. It isn't the most intuitive to use software.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would reccomend to try the free version and do try other products as well before finalizing on it,
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Inspires Innovation
- Includes Product Enhancements
- Security Protects

Flexibility & capability for any use case
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
ClickUp's lack of strict architectural structure is it's most valuable aspect, to me. An object can be whatever the user wants it to be and there are a "dozen" ways to accomplish similar outcomes.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ClickUp's flexibility continues top impress me and we push the boundaries due to the nature of our business. With ClickUp we have the capability to track work performed with very different methodologies from waterfall construction jobs to regular releases of software upgrades using Agile principles.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I'd like the ability to set dates by using a duration field (which doesn't exist as far as I know). Also, SSO is extremely important and ClickUp could further separate itself from competitors by including Microsoft SSO WITHOUT requiring an Enterprise license, which is practically 2x the cost per seat for the next level down.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You'd better have a solid work management philosophy in place before you implement ClickUp on a larger scale, because its incredible flexibility and ease of customization could be overwhelming.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
Cons
- Security Frustrates
- Vendor Friendly Policies
- Vendor's Interest First

Versatile and useful product. Streamlines process

What differentiates ClickUp from other similar products?
It's more flexible and you can build it however you want. It has a lot of useful features that you didn't know could be so beneficial. It's more of an all in one solution. It's more than just a to do list.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like using the forms, I like using the filters, I like creating custom fields and designing it in ways that work best for our team. I like that all teams can tailor it to their own use. It's also well designed, although can be overwhelming after a while.
What do you dislike most about this product?
some things you can't customize, and some things you can't retrieve. I wish undoing certain steps was easier. I wish I could do more bulk things. The way the calendar feature is currently set-up is not optimized to my needs but this could be that I haven't figured out the best way to do it yet.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Watch tutorials, ask for help, there's so much to learn about it and it has so many cool integrations and features. I wish It had more support or more of a community than what I found on reddit but overall it's a great product for small businesses like ours.
Pros
- Enables Productivity
- Effective Service
- Respectful
- Fair
