Diamond verification of numbers and the ability to integrate well with our CRM (hubspot).
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UI is intuitive and it has access to plenty of quality data. The way it integrates with our CRM is fantastic too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Speed to diamond verify.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly recommend the product, I have used multiple lead data generation platforms and cognism is far and away our preferred supplier.

What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
Cognism is GDPR compliant, which Zoominfo was not at the time we purchased. I don't believe Zoominfo has GDPR-compliant data at the moment, so Cognism is still the best out there for people data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cognism is easy and intuitive to use. The best part is it is GDPR compliant data for our EMEA sellers to leverage. They have told me great things about the emails and phone numbers cognism provides. You can build lists, export to CRM or other tools like Outreach. Overall very polished tool.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We need a feature to create "duplicate records". For example, if you have a Contact, John Smith in your CRM, and then John Smith changes companies, some organizations will update that same Contact, and some organizations want to create a completely new Contact for that person. We are the latter, and Cognism won't create a new contact because it thinks John Smith is already the Contact we're looking to update.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try before you buy. Make sure it meets your requirements.
