The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
We needed GDPR compliant people data and Cognism was highly recommended by the sales people that have used it in the past. The "people" data like email addresses and phone numbers are the best that I've seen. I'm a huge fan of their Chrome extension as well because our sales teams use Linkedin Sales Navigator to create lists of people, but then you need their contact information, and that is where Cognism comes in.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The GDPR compliant data is amazing, and the Chrome extension is top notch. So easy to create a list in Linkedin then pop open the chrom extension to select all and export to Salesforce.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would love a way to import a CSV of email addresses into Cognism, and then Cognism checks its database to see if those email addresses exist so that it will present all those Contacts to me to then be able to Select All and export them to Salesforce. "Reverse" search is a critical feature we have with another data provider, would love for Cognism so copy this feature.

What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
From the primary call with their sales team, my interaction with Cognism has been enjoyable. The Cognism team is extremely skilled and responds promptly to any question you may have. The onboarding was painless, the coaching was perfect, and their after-sales client service is an example of any customer-facing company. It’s refreshing to figure out an organization that puts its customers first again. The answer itself contains high-quality information and is very user-friendly. Can’t but suggest Cognism very highly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best factor regarding Cognism is that it permits complete accessibility to firms inside your pipeline. I take advantage of Cognsim on a routine If I struggle to search out a phone number for the office or if I would like to send a more direct email address.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There’s not abundant I dislike regarding Cognism; if I used to be picky, I feel I’d love more industry categories within the prospecting tabs just because there are some missing important categories that can massively profit some companies while prospecting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The simplicity of the platform, it’s very self-explanatory and simple to use. It’s visually appealing and the results of using its tools are above expected. The client service is exceptional, and the personal contact and help provided by the team are unflawed and extremely effective.
