What differentiates Cognism from other similar products?
We felt that Cognism what the right choice, from the very beginning. Having looked at other options, Cognism matched all the key attributes we were looking for. Easy to set up, and drives the results we wanted, with ongoing continued support Cognism has become essential to our Sales & Marketing strategy. We never felt we we're being oversold with features we wouldn't need, there was no pushy sales, and felt a genuine desire to understand our goals.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of setting up a campaign, from pulling data across, to setting up a sequence. We can target 1000's of potential new opportunities in a short turnaround, somehting that wasn't possible before Cognism.
What do you dislike most about this product?
A few functional issues with regards turning lists to campaigns, but nothing that would put me off recommending it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would advise anyone who is looking to increase sales and productivity, to give Cognism serious consideration. They may not have the biggest name in the market, but they have a product that delivers what is promised. Simply put, It works! As a company we aren't looking for 1000's of customers, we're looking for the right ones, and Cognism has helped as target specific contacts, which we have turned into long term clients. Its more than paid for itself in the 18 months we've worked with them, and will continue to do so.
