As a salesperson, I track my daily activities, including opportunities, assignments, reminders, alerts, and calculations. With the help of copper, I was able to focus on what really mattered and sort my priorities with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really wish they had a small support team that could answer my queries in real time and keep an eye on my account so I can get things done. I would be more than happy to accept a one-time payment or additional monthly premium in exchange for this service.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With its focus on assisting the sales process, the program is an excellent and reliable tool in its own right. There is a clear and concise data model. Finding what you need is easy, and adding, editing, and sharing content is easy, too. Gmail integration that is fully functional.

Program that streamlines business interactions.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper stands out from other programs thanks to its tight interaction with the Google ecosystem. This ensures that G Suite customers have a seamless experience. Nobody else can do it like Gmail does when it comes to managing contacts and opportunities. The platform is an appealing choice for customer relationship management because to its simplicity, excellent automation, and efficient tracking of client interactions; but, customization options are restricted.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I really enjoy how Copper works in the Google-environment. A huge time saver in Administration is the ability to manage opportunities and contacts straight from Gmail. Relationship management runs more smoothly and effectively when repetitive duties are automated and contacts with customers are tracked efficiently.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Considering compared to other CRM platforms, Copper's advanced customization capabilities can be lacking, which is my least favorite thing about the software. The interaction with the Google ecosystem is good, but it might be even better with more external tool integrations. When weighed against the overall efficiency it offers to customer relationship management, these aspects become insignificant.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Because of its tight interaction with the Google ecosystem, which streamlines opportunity and contact management, I would suggest Copper. Efficiency is enhanced through the use of effective automation and the tracking of client interactions. Even though there is need for additional customization, the platform provides a strong and smooth experience for CRM.
