How to read the Emotional Footprint
The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

I believe the people differentiate Copper
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We love the ease of use and customization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Functionality in the new reporting section is still clunky and doesn't allow for a wide data set. Very limited bandwidth in that regard. The tie into to any real email sequencing and marketing has been lackluster with little support from Copper's 3rd party vendor. Copper guys get it, but feel like their hands are tied behind their backs. Segmentation is quite difficult. Also feels like some of the automation is a little challenging, but I'm also not an IT guy.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to test drive for a week and do a thorough review of multiple systems. You may be interested in all of the bells and whistles, but very few folks actually use them. Know what you need out of your CRM. In our case, we needed it to be friendly to the user and develop it as a center-piece tool of their day-to-day operations.
Pros
- Caring
- Respectful
- Transparent
- Friendly Negotiation
