What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper is very powerful in workflow and customer relations as compared to similar platforms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The platform is great in contacting customer research and locating where there are potential customers for easy marketing process. It is easy to learn how it works and data entry is flexible. I like the capability of how it works with reduced cost and improved productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have not experienced any major challenge in my working experience with Copper.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For better marketing planning and sales automation I highly recommend Copper CRM.
