Easy Customizable & Excellent CRM for Business
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
A simple CRM for smaller firms who need to handle more quality leads and develop customer connections, but don't have time for data input, tedious admin duties, or sophisticated technologies. It is different than other similar products because it's so user-friendly and helps our team to work more easily and happily, we prefer it. The mobile application allows us to keep operating even when we're not in the workplace or during business hours, which is a great benefit for everyone.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How effectively Copper connects with my Gmail account is Copper's most valuable feature for me. When it comes to customization, the options are virtually endless. With these, you'll get quick answers that are easy to comprehend and often educational. Some formulas make it simple to create a ticketing system. Individual pipelines and kinds of organizations can be analyzed using the reporting tools. According to our comparisons of the two, the other items have limitations, but Copper is infinite.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To be honest, Copper's reporting suite might indeed feel "clunky" and it's tough to extract the information you need using filters while using Copper. A better method of exporting chosen data into a single report may be developed, reducing the requirement to export numerous reports for external collation and aggregation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Any administrators should be well-versed on the platform as well as the changes you've made to your firm before attempting to push it out to staff. New users may have trouble navigating the site once they change names and submit information, even after following the instructions in the online Copper lessons. Maintenance and obtaining crucial sales data are made easier by the freedom of add-ons/extensions from multiple suppliers.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper provides real-time information on sales performance through its CRM application. Through the related reports, it is possible to reach indicators such as the best lead sources, performances and sales forecasts according to targets. On the other hand, it is possible to create customized reports with the Google Data Studio support, and customized tables with the Google Sheets plugin.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Unlike many other CRM systems, Copper CRM can be expressed as a CRM solution that can work directly with Google Workspace. In this way, it becomes possible to manage customer relations through many services within the scope of Workspace. This makes Copper an easy to use CRM system.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With its project management feature, Copper offers features such as creating proposals using Google tools, managing the proposal process and later with kanban style project boards. It is possible to create contact-specific automations for recurring tasks such as logging calls, meetings, tasks, activities.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You can define contacts directly through the CRM panel, or you can transfer contacts via GMail using the Copper CRM for Gmail plugin. After this process, e-mails sent via CRM and/or GMail, contact history, related files and many more become traceable.

My review and experience with Copper
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
We’ve been looking for a simple CRM software that can be fully integrated with G Suite so Copper was perfect for us. G Suite integration lets us keep all interactions we had with a customer saved which we can later analyze. It allowed us to understand our customer/lead behaviour better and has improved our workflow as a team. We were using Adapt mainly to track emails but we have decided to use CRM too. We have decided to move to Copper because of G Suite integration.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The biggest positive for this software is that it complies with all the security requirements and integration with G Suite and its products like Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar. One of the greatest advantages of CRM Copper is that it does not require a high learning curve, so that an organization will not have to invest hours in training to use it. Its setup is easy, as simple as using Gmail, and this takes only minutes. They offer a trial period of 14 days so you can verify if Copper is really what you need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
One of the main problems is that what makes copper so easy to learn is its lack of customization and features. Few options for sequencing emails.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Copper is perfect for you if you are looking for a simple CRM tool that is fully customizable with G Suite.
