The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.
While purchasing decisions shouldn't be based on emotion, it's valuable to know what kind of emotional response the vendor you're considering elicits from their users.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper keeps me organized throughout the day and keeps track of all my meetings and interactions during my hectic work schedule. It's simpler to keep track of existing clients, leads and collaborations/partnerships with Cpper, it's simple to take notes on client conversations and set follow-up tasks that sync with my calendar; and all of my deadlines are there on my calendar.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Copper keeps me organized and helps me run effectively, throughout my highly hectic day, it keeps me up to speed on all of my lead opportunities and connections, i appreciate how well it works with Google Workspaces, this has been an incredible experience for me because I am always using Gmail, GDrive and GCalendar, Copper is definitely the best CRM software that I have ever worked with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When you make a task and accidentally tag the wrong firm, there is no option to amend it; you must remove the job and start a new one, which is wasteful and frustrating. All of the email reminders regarding ongoing chores, as well as the inability to use an external dialing service to make a call.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're searching for a CRM that can help you keep organized and go through your day smoothly, I definitely suggest Copper. Take the time to check that this program is compatible with your internal processes and demands. Then spend some time configuring Copper and customizing it to your liking, before transferring things from your existing CRM, it will be lot easier to modify it.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Using an Excel spreadsheet i attempted to keep track of clients, i rapidly felt overwhelmed by the amount of data and had no means of keeping track of anything. I wanted to concentrate on my new profession rather than fight to learn a new approach to monitor leads and chances. The key issue I'm trying to solve with Copper is tracking incoming leads and how they move through the sales pipeline until the transaction is closed.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love how easy it is to connect Copper to Gmail. I start the morning with Gmail and easily add leads and opportunities directly from Gmail. I haven't tried other platforms, but Copper's learning curve was minimal. My favorite is the Kanban board format, which can be individually defined and configured, with the ability to move leads at different stages of the sales pipeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because there are so many areas and it might be difficult to fill out the full mask, the way leads (the list) are set up should be made more user-friendly. Also, altering the lead might be perplexing at times. The perspectives fluctuate based on the platform. I enjoy how it appears on an iPad and I'd like the display to be constant throughout my PC and iOS devices.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A simple and highly flexible CRM platform, it's easy to customize and may not be as robust as other platforms but that's it, use the tool to find your own workflow, it may be overwhelming at first but it will be easier.
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
