One of the best CRM I have used

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Sync your emails and add people with whom you already exchange emails. It records all interactions as well as the most recent engagement you have with a contact or lead. Using copper has been quite simple and has provided us with a tremendous sigh of relief. I record emails, phone conversations, and assignments assigned to each of the accounts I oversee. The ability to simply link with Gmail has also proven really beneficial, i can easily add additional team members to any account, rapidly assign touchpoints and schedule meetings.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You may automatically sync your emails and add them as contacts, it takes no time to generate, update, or add new agreements to the pipeline. It is highly intuitive and requires little manual labor. The ease navigation and interaction with other systems, as well as the user-friendly interface. We were able to convert a large amount of data from our several spreadsheets to Copper, saving us a significant amount of time and effort. We were quite glad to have made the transition because all of our information was uploaded, sorted, and allocated to each team member within a few days.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's tough to distinguish between contacts that were automatically added and those that are genuinely leads that need to be added to the pipeline. In terms of how and where it is located within the Copper, the phone call function isn't optimal. It would be simpler to view and use the various functionalities it provides if it could be placed in its own window or in the sidebar. It would be very beneficial and attractive to the eye if you could modify the theme or order other layouts. We have business colors that we would want to use, and it would be fantastic if we could do so inside the Copper.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Copper is extremely user-friendly, it quickly interacts with your Gmail account and automatically records progress and discussions with your leads. Copper is a wonderful answer for any CRM troubles you may have had in the past because to its ease of setup and interaction with other systems and applications.

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
Copper facilitates business leadership and decision making by facilitating contact registration, sales management, task scheduling, and lead tracking. It simplifies workflows, is adaptable and adapts to the needs and requirements of the commercial sector, i was able to create an alert when I received an email from a supplier. This has speeded up the process of negotiating and shipping new items that are considering inventory replacement. Another aspect that has helped us a lot is that the pipeline is effective and easy to use. This is very convenient for all members, visualization of tasks and revenues on the platform is something we like.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface is simple and convenient for rapidly recording contact information, to help sales professionals, the system logs all interactions with customers, including files supplied through email. The Report & Analysis tool gives critical indications that assist us in planning and deciding on company objectives. Our productivity has increased, and clients and employees are cooperating to achieve success. Without a doubt, generating contacts and offers is extremely important; it also produces leads and facilitates the creation of chances and it is what separates Copper from other CRM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There was a fundamental issue that was generally of concern, but it will be fixed soon. It lacks some customization features and integration with third-party software. There was a small problem with the system. B. This system throws certain errors that slow down the process, but when I report this news to customer service, they immediately get to work and solve the problem.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This system, in my view, should be utilized by all businesses because it is highly comprehensive and capable of far more than you would think. It's simple to use and set up, moderately priced, and has all of the functionality you'll need to properly manage your sales process. This curriculum has been really useful to my business. I recommend it if you want to save time and get customers, and it is fantastic in terms of technological components; it is implemented in the cloud and online SAAS, as well as on Android and iOS devices sales and a lot more
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Performance Enhancing

What differentiates Copper from other similar products?
The ability to search by customer or lead name is by far the most significant benefit, as well as the most significant problem solved by Copper over other CRM I've used. I can work much more efficiently and quickly. Our sales funnels are made of copper. Various funnels may be easily created so that multiple departments can use the same platform, It is simple enough for even my least tech-savvy workers to utilize.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like customer search by name and company. Some of the competitor CRMs I've used in the past can only be searched by the company. Uses copper in combination with Fulcrum Pro. I like Copper being very well integrated with the Google Suite. Easy to use for all employees, not just technicians, I've used Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics before but they can be overwhelming.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you are merely looking for a portion of a customer's name, remember to include a space after the name. If you do not enter a space, the search may not yield any results. Some of the reporting tools irritate me; you can't get as much detail in a report, and they're a little more difficult to construct than on other platforms I've used in the past.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Charge a wonderful, strong, and all-encompassing CRM for our sector and, I'm sure, others. Take advantage of all the advantages that this wonderful program has to offer, especially if your company is affiliated with Google.
