What differentiates Darktrace/Email from other similar products?
The service is integrated directly into our M365 Environment and works from the moment it is enabled and configured. We have seen a drop in potential scam, phishing and malware infected emails trying to get into our systems to a degree higher than expected.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The layout is clean and concise with a great interface that is simple to navigate and use. Anyone in the Tech Team can use the service with little to no training.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The cost is high, but you get what you pay for.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you trial the service before you commit to buy - it is a great service, all be it expensive, but worth it for all it can do. We use this with Darktrace Network and Client Sensors and it integrates well across all our platforms and reduces our risks hugely.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We left this dormant after we tried and could not get it working for us. So none
What do you dislike most about this product?
Online dashboard is slow to respond. Logic does not filter correctly half the time. Lots of false positives. Their safe link style offering annoyed alot of folks when we tried to roll this out and in the end we went back to using Explorer in 365 and did not touch this. We had high hopes and knew it needed to learn the landscape but feels like we got conned to leave it learning and then by time we started actually using fully we was inside contract. May just need more dev time but would not look to them in the future
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Abnormal or Mimecast instead more £ but do get what you pay for
