What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
At the present point in time, Docusign meets the security standards and expectations which my organization has set for our electronic signature collection process. and workflow. By providing unique security guardrails like automatic threat detection and enhanced document recipient identity verification, Docusign ensures the storage, access and transmission of electronic signatures without the fear of confidentiality breach.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The flexibility which comes with Docusign, as far as collecting customers signatures electronically has left the most impression on me and is my favorite aspect of this product. Due to Docusign's flexibility, we are able to streamline our internal documentation processes with important third party applications we utilize in the workplace. This helps to to connect and extend our electronic signature collection processes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have found the Docusign mobile application to be rigid with its workflow. A reference in point is the inability to make corrections or changes to the document after asking for a recipients signature, without needing to start the entire documentation process all over again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I will always advice that teams intending to adopt Docusign try their best to align the software tool to their internal workflow processes , as against the other way around.

Paying a little too much for a simple function

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I don't think it has a clear differentiation, I guess this is where trust comes into the factor. I am much more comfortable trusting docusign with my documents than any other brand in this space.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The core feature works really well, I have never witnessed or seen any bug in my years of using docusign.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can get a little too pricey at times, given it's such a simple product - even at the lowest tier - $13 seems a bit much for something as small (but still important) as this. Maybe if they were to offer customised branding at $13 as well, I might change my mind.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you still do things offline, please move to docusign. You will save time and the learning curve is very short too (especially for your recipients who have to sign documents)
