What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Our customers find it easy to figure out Docusign contracts we send to them and in a lot of cases, they already have had experience using the software in previous engagements with other companies. This positive popularity saves my company time, as we rarely have to spend an extra time or effort guiding customers on how to go about signing agreements. We simply add a small instruction and that's all.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In recent times, we've made use of Docusign's web forms a lot , as it has proven to accelerate our contract signing process by enabling the capture of important data from a potential signee, which is then used to automate the creation of "contractual documents" that is sent to signees to be signed. With the use of Docusign's web forms, we have been able to connect the process of collecting data and the process of generating agreements,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Docusign is in the list of software programs I use in my professional life , with which I have rarely had any major issues, I have had Docusign suddenly log me off its mobile app in the past, forcing me to re-login and begin the document signing process all over again. The aforementioned happening now and then is definitely an obstacle I have successfully coped with.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Docusign supports virtually all file types from my experience, and this leaves professionals or teams deploying this software with one less problem to worry about.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
Docusign has a robust and industry standard approach to all of the functions they offer. The end user's ability to sign and send documents is intuitive and easier to digest than competitors. The GUI from a front and back end perspective is easy to manage, identify possible actions, and navigate without confusion.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a service owner, the backend is clearly organized, which helps keep things going during support calls. Also our service and sales rep have been both integral to the implentation and the questions that came about during the first couple months.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the API Integrations are a bit clunky and require some handholding, but ultimately is just a learning curve that can be overcome after one or two connections.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Schedule a demo and ask pointed questions tied to your organizations current e-signing solution. This helps the rep really tailor the call to a real world example that you have, in which you can clearly depict what makes Docusign an industry leader. In this case, seeing is believing.
