What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

we can collect the signature from all over which differentiate it from others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

we get the notification if anyone has signed the document. it also send the reminders for pending signatures. it give the copy of same data and helps to save the data. we can have the privacy if we want for specific document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

its interface is difficult to understand for first time users. Customer support can be more responsive, it quite expensive to buy the paid plan. templates can be added.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To get signature from multiple people at a time its good to have docusign software.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

DocuSign gives our users inside and outside of our organization the ability to safely access, sign, and distribute crucial papers online from any location at any time on any device. Using DocuSign e-signature management has not only made our digital transactions more efficient but also saved us time and money.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Right from our Chrome browser, we can easily view envelope status, issue notifications, sign papers, and start gathering signatures from any place. From our phone, we can track the progress of each of our documents and send notifications and act right away if a document needs to be signed. Now because we can complete everything in one go and in one place, our work goes a lot quicker.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be complicated, and the settings are numerous and difficult to use. The operation and usability of the separate and individual DocuSign accounts are difficult. I wish I could actually draw my signature. To make it even more competent, I'd like them to offer a few additional alternatives for writing typefaces or to create my signature themselves.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I must recommend DocuSign to all businesses. You can also use the DocuSign eSignature right from your browser to stay up to date and take action on your documents while you're making purchases, browsing the web, or enjoying your favorite programs.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

If I don't say anything stupid, it's the most famous and #1 signing solution on the market. Beyond the quality of the proposed options, the solution benefits from an aura and in France the market is mainly divided between Docusign and Yousign (but only because it is French).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The solution is mostly used by our customers who ask for it! To take an example, it has allowed one of our biggest customers to save a considerable amount of time and to strongly optimize a signature process that used to take forever and sometimes ended with an investigation to find out where it was stuck. Thanks to Docusign we were able to set up a completely electronic signature workflow of this type: Customer/project manager => Signatory 1 => Signatory 2 => Signatory 3 => Signatory 4 => Process OK and finished => Sending the signed document to everyone.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say I don't like the solution, but the problem we have is that Docusign is not French or European. This poses constraints for our sensitive customers (government, army) for whom we must respect very strict standards. It is a real headache to find a French designer who is up to the task. And of course the price! It is not the cheapest solution...

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thanks to this system it is possible to follow the signature process of all the actors and restart where the signature is blocked! Our customer is happy and can now manage completely alone. Give it a try and ask for the sandbox to try it for free.
