What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?
I enjoy that Docusign lets all signers to access documents from anywhere at any time (unlike an in person signing meeting). I particularly like how easy it is to locate a previously submitted document—in case the original file copy is lost, you can always go back to Docusign. Using DocuSign's powerforms function, we've reduced our paper output and set up an autonomous routing system. Our team's manhours have decreased as a result, allowing us to focus on more critical issues.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite feature is the ability to design signature templates. It's as simple as pressing a button to start the process. It's ideal for operations that require signatures on a regular basis. We utilize it to sign documents for government contracts as well as international agreements. Even on my phone, I can update and change the papers I need.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Source-based signatures have an untrustworthy feel to them. It would be much better if you could construct your own electronic signature, and another thing I don't like is that if the DocuSign has red lines, I'll have to cancel it and start over.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There may be a better solution if you're sending the same type of document or if you have a lot of documents that need to be downloaded after they've been signed, but other from that, the tool is quite user-friendly.
