DocuSign offers a centralized dashboard to provide a complete view and control of all the documents you've sent for signing. The notifications tool is also powerful that alerts us in real-time as the process of signing goes. The software also comes with special tools that will help you personalize, modify and send your document, resulting in seamless document editing. And same as with DocuSign, you can use reusable templates for easier sending documents. It offers two-factor authentication. One is password-protected, and the other is encryption protection which keeps sensitive files safe from theft.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

DocuSign is easy to use and has great features that streamline the signing of documents. I love that it enables us to manage multiple and sequential recipients. The tool helps us to handle mutple clients simultaneously with just a click of a button. The templates can be reused and customized to offer a personalized experience. Another added advantage of using Docusign is that i can send files even when offline as well as e-signing which gives it a competitive advantage over other similar tools. The tagging tool is also a big plus to us, especially when showing all our recipients where to sign.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What i dislike about Docusign is the process of recipient authentification process that costs extra cash but is still an added advantage because of the security.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool that can securely and flexibly send and receive documents for signing digitally I recommend Docusign. It is easy to use and provides the team with greater efficiency in sending bulky files for e-signing. It is a big time saver and we all love using it.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

There are two unique features which I like most. In contract agreements, business vendors/clients belong to different countries which require multi-language support to remove the geographical barrier. Surprisingly this platform supports more than forty languages which is really very much beneficial in the contract agreement business. Another best part of this application is that you assign all require components that are needed for any specific document and then send it to the recipients. The recipients just need to follow through the auto-populated dialogue box that will lead to a complete document sign-in process in a few clicks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The very first likeable feature for me is the "Ease of use" of this product. How cool is the dashboard? Due to the cool dashboard digital sign-in process is flawless and each element/content is intuitive. Its take only a few seconds to complete all procedure of any digital documents. Customisation of this product also plays a vital role because in contract agreement business vendors/clients requirement varies too much. Nth level customisation is possible according to requirements and surprisingly the user interface looks still cool. Integration and deployment are also very seamless. Integration with Salesforce was very much beneficial for me.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At this point, I don't have anything such as dislike. Rather than dislike I already mentioned a few items which are not available in this application. Rest all good for me and trust me I am loving this application in daily work-life.

If someone is looking for the best secure and reliable platform for digital signature need then please go for DocuSign. DocuSign is a cloud-based application that makes this secure and reliable and moreover, this platform supports a lot of security protocols. Security is a very important factor in the case of contract agreement business and so DocuSign served very well on this. Even each action of recipient and sender are notified to each other irrespective of platforms(Windows, Mac, Android and iOS). I love using this application on the iPad.
