What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I don't know that there is something that really stands out with this program. Like I was going to say it was better when I just had to go on and just sign. It becomes a little more of an ordeal trying to transfer documents into the program for others to sign, while I controlled the document.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

can't really say.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Trying to figure out how to upload and make adjustments to my docs in the app/

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Maybe take a you tube course on how to use it. So you can really understand what and how to get things done fast and efficiently.

Ease of transition for employees. They are definitely the leader in this area. Great purchase for our digital transformation

Probably the mobile applications. Remote or in person.

Nothing really

Do you homework, be prepared for some headaches, especially if yiu are not digital at this point

Setup an account so you can save your signature so you don't have to redraw it each time
