It is easy to implement and can be used in a variety of platforms like desktop and mobile.

It is very easy to implement and how to describe how to use the service to a first time user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can be difficult to show users who do not have email.

Good to implement across platforms and easy to teach first time users how to use.

What differentiates DocuSign from other similar products?

I really don't know. It is the only product I've personally used.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

That you can sign electronically, and not have to print the document, sign it, and then scan it into the computer to return it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No problems so far.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I cannot tell them about other products, so I will tell them that DocuSign was the first eSignature product I was introduced to and I haven't tried another yet.
