What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
Drift is incredibly easy to set up and program. We have it configured to answer common questions and then, based upon those answers, route the user to the appropriate sales channel. The fact that we can do this based on page type and other user characteristics makes it much more flexible than some of the other bot platforms in the wild right now.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Installing and updating Drift is so simple that it's truly a no-brainer. While you can spend forever customizing and managing it (if you want to), the fact that you don't have to take forever to get it up and running is a real treat.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We tried using the Drift Fast lane feature to better organize our sales leads as well, and we found that product to be pretty unreliable and clunky. While the idea behind it was good, the functionality wasn't great and the support was lackluster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
While some may think the biggest competitor to Drift is another chat bot, I actually think the biggest competitor is a live chat system or no chatbot at all. There's so many ways to try and harvest leads nowadays that the 'right choice' really depends on the business. A live chat is undoubtedly better customer service, and something that can be done somewhat easily for smaller companies. But for a large company like ours, the bot was the only scalable solution, and that made it right for us.

Drift me allows for a unique support experience and integrates seamlessly with different platforms. They constantly add new features and improve the experience for our customers and us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease with which I can display products and services in a complete catalog and capture a higher volume of potential customers and respond to each one precisely and with the most incredible speed of response. It can provide information to customers by programming and configuring the system to give global and specific answers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It has some functions that program themselves without the user having done so, such as tagging customers by mentioning them when they do not belong to them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For any company whose objective is to boost its market and commercial scope, this platform is ideal for offering a comfortable experience to potential customers and the company that needs to manage its sales and bring closer management of its negotiations.

It offers tools for building chatbots that can serve clients effectively. We have automated our service platforms and focused on more important tasks. Our clients can easily be served by sending their requests through automated platform
