What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
I have not used a lot of products similar to Drift, but from using Drift, I can say the best part about it is how easy it is to use. Another thing that I think is a key differentiator with Drift besides the ability to customize almost everything and integrate with Calendars is the Analytics side. Drift has a pool of Analytics that are really valuable to Managers and to the end-user to be able to track the people they engaged with, patterns of communication, and other major aspects of the Analytics provided.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The best part about Drift for me would be the ability to customize a Playbook or Bot Chat to your liking and to your offering. You can craft questions and messaging that lead the prospect where you want them to go and the questions you want them to answer. After those questions, if they are still not satisfied, the Bot can refer them to an agent, but if they are satisfied, they can easily book a Discovery Call with one of our AEs.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing I dislike about Drift so far, it has everything we need for now and I'm entirely happy with it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would always recommend someone using a product for the first time or looking to migrate to a different product to do thorough research, evaluate the problems you have and how you would want to fix them, evaluate the tech stack you currently have, and research to see if the tech stack you use would integrate with the product you want to invest in, and would the product be able to solve your business problems.

The customer support of this platform is appreciative as compared to their counterparts. It keeps notifying their users with the update that which account is looking for what product. This factor gives more creative ideas to dealer regarding the demands of people. This helps in boosting our businesses.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the best features is; Salesforce integration. It gives opportunities influenced by Drift Cloud. Another one is getting mean time notification like who is clicking on the link, who is visiting the websites, who is interacting with websites etc. it helps me in keeping follow up of all the activities for further ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is difficult to say what I dislike about the Drift as I have found it only beneficial in boosting my work. I never had any difficulty in working with it as it always demonstrates helpful. It is a great platform to attract the public.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend it to any person or to any company. It doesn’t matter whether you are working individually or with any organization. It is a comprehensive platform. It is helpful in strengthening businesses. It also aids in improving and managing the efficiency of workers. It permits automatic service support to customers by saving a lot of time.
