What differentiates Drift Conversation Cloud from other similar products?
The conversational marketing tool Drift is fantastic. Facilitates instantaneous communication between your company and potential buyers/customers. I really like how you can tailor your message to specific users or websites they are now exploring. Undoubtedly among the finest customer service departments I've ever encountered.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When reaching out to new clients and prospects, it is very helpful to know which parts of our product to focus on. The ability to tailor pitch and communication to each individual account offers us a competitive edge in sales. My observations have led me to the conclusion that the inbound sales team at our company makes the most effective use of Drift for the purpose of following up with and targeting clients who are actively engaged on our website searching for solutions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In many cases, it does not give us the right information about the prospects. If a prospect has left their firm, for example, their location and account information may no longer be up to date. Troubleshooting a malfunctioning setup can be a daunting task.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Drift is our go-to tool for handling and generating leads from other sources. We utilize Drift to keep tabs on how people are using our website and we also have their chat tool set up there. Customers and potential customers can utilize the live chat tool to ask us questions, schedule demos, and research certain topics. We can see who visited our site, when they visited, and what pages they viewed thanks to the website tracking.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drift Conversation Cloud chatbot functionality has proven to be the most useful in terms of interacting with visitors to our website. We may assign unique playbooks to visitors from various marketing channels. The playbook overview dashboard shows the number of visits, discussions, and emails associated with each playbook. A/B tests and playbooks may be created on the fly during our fortnightly meetings with our Drift account managers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Due to Drift Conversation Cloud tracking restrictions, you should use separate URLs for each metric you care about tracking. You may designate particular discussions with certain tags to aid analytics a little. There aren't many alternatives to the default chatbot icon if you decide you want to change it.

For its simplicity and ability to monitor website traffic, I highly suggest this tool.
