It's easy to set-up and allows you to access your file offline too. It improves file organization by customization options and Collaborative features are a major plus.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows you to Edit, Comment, Annotate, Share documents and even you can organise your files in specific folders according to time, date, place.
What do you dislike most about this product?
While dealing with Large file sometimes I faced sync issues and lagging.

It's easy to navigate, offers strong collaborative features with different pricing plans. Ensure Dropbox integrates well with your existing system and device you use.

What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
Dropbox is very different from other platforms because it offers a group storage service, where you can store files and your team can access them at any time. It offers access to files and documents without an internet connection, and allows you to add special keys to files and thus maintain privacy when sharing files throught direct links. It allows you to view, edit and manage new documents without having to download them.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The digital signature system needs to be improved as a whole, as it offers unattractive signature templates, and there are errors that appear when several people try to digitally sign a shared document, which means that files must be signed individually. Another thing that could be improved in Dropbox is the costs, as its base price increases significantly as the TB space of the Dropbox Business account increases.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
My main recommendation is to connect all devices simultaneously to the Dropbox account, this way you will have access to your files from any device and you will have access to the cloud no matter what device you use, you will always have access to your cloud and you will be able to share new files, that is really beneficial and boosts the overall results.
