Another useful feature is that it allows us to keep in touch through chat and messaging. This is very useful to us as many of our group members are located in other departments within the company.

What do you dislike most about this product?

• One of the things I don't like about Dropbox Business is that there are no privacy limits, as all team members can see the files that I save and share. I also find it annoying that file syncing takes too long.

• I would definitely recommend it as with this storage tool you can easily save and share files with your coworkers without any hassle. But keep in mind that there are no privacy limits and everything you save or share will be visible to all team members. My computer's hard drive space saving has been improved, because now I can backup to the cloud thanks to Dropbox Business, it's a relief because I also save a lot of time when viewing files directly online and I feel very safe. Because the security that Dropbox Business offers is unique and its software improves every day. I think it has a very robust interface with very good bases that allow me to work very well and with great confidence. Some similar software does not meet our standards and for that reason we chose Dropbox Business.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With my Dropbox Business account, I can access my information when I need it, because I have a backup of my information in the cloud and I am not afraid of my documents being deleted from my computer. I get a full guarantee of my information, and it does not cost me anything to upload the files, because it is very fast and has no complications. I like it a lot because it is very easy and it does not have errors when loading confidential documents in my Dropbox Business account.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have not had a bad time with Dropbox Business, because I got the answers I wanted and it is the backup of information 100% safe, because thanks to its implementation that is directly in the cloud, I can access it whenever I wish because I have also synchronized my computer with my Dropbox Business account on the phone and when I need a document, I get it immediately.

Recommend Dropbox Business is very easy, because with it you can store all the important documents that you have in your computer in the Dropbox Business account, which allows you to have a backup copy and, as it is directly in the cloud, you do not fear the Filter of information, because with this software you are protected. I could say that it stands out for its reliability and general recognition as a service, in addition it is possible to create web links to my files stored in Dropbox. It stores folders from other applications like Microsoft or Google, I can have everything in one place. Documents can be edited in real time, it is very helpful for group collaboration, also offering approval functions. It automatically saves all versions of the file being worked on, which increases security in case of unforeseen events or if the user needs to revert to a previous version.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is more than just cloud storage, in addition to security it is also very powerful, you can send large files directly and without taking so long. What I like most are the customizable links, which helps to share resources that can also be emailed easily. I like that I can access it from anywhere and with whatever I have at hand, no matter if it's my cell phone or my computer, plus it syncs quickly and I can follow along seamlessly with what I've done on a different device. Several types of documents can be co-edited, which increases productivity if you need to work on something with more users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Dropbox Business supports different documents, but you have to download other applications to edit them, which implies more requirements in terms of space.
