Very advanced security with protection of our documents. The search is very faster and makes it use easy. Excellent with creation of a shared folders which saves time no need to send a file.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Yes very marvelous with it's advanced security of your files while online.

Best with creating shared folders for easier access with team. Astounding for it's support of all kinds of files from word,excel,videos. The search is a timesaver with quick access of files.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We switched to corporate accounts, and our platform is robust and has a sizable collection of digital content. The sharing feature and folder hierarchy are both simples to utilize. It should be straightforward to install and use a suitable file platform. The file request feature occasionally has issues with the user experience. One of the essential benefits of Dropbox Business is that it provides the entire company with access to 5TB of shared cloud storage, which is excellent for defragmenting hard drives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's not the most comfortable experience to work with files on a mobile device, and it may not be easy to attach and use them properly. It is necessary to admit that the free version's main flaw is its limited storage space. Usually, they send you to reading stuff that doesn't deal with the problem precisely.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The cloud's big 5 TB capacity makes it possible to manage many data and files in one place. Your PC will continue to operate as you upload stuff like photos. What differentiates Dropbox Business from other similar products?
