Dropbox Business has a high level of security, with data encryption, two-factor authentication, user activity auditing, threat monitoring and features to prevent unauthorised use. It also offers advanced cloud functionality, with the ability to share, edit and collaborate on files in the cloud.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There is a lot to like about this tool, including security, ease of use, cloud storage, the ability to share files and folders with other users, the ability to collaborate on files online, integration with other productivity tools and the ability to access files from anywhere.
What do you dislike most about this product?
the lack of some advanced features such as image and video editing, the limitation on the size of files that can be uploaded and downloaded, the limitation on the number of users that can be added to an account and the fact that it requires an Internet connection to function properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Dropbox Business is an excellent tool for work teams and businesses, it is very secure, allows file sharing, online file collaboration and access to my data from anywhere.
